1.  As a sister organization to the Zhenghong ABCDV Center, HHS Center inherited a legacy of professionalism and responsibility from its mother company, Beijing ZhengHong ABCDV Center, the first and largest au pair agency in China, which runs outbound au pair programs for Chinese people. We have a lot of experience in the Au-Pair sector and in each placement cities, you will be assigned an on-site coordinator which will help you through out your stay.

2.       It is very common that after you become comfortable with your host family, and familiarize yourself with your new surroundings. Keep in mind that even good friends and family members will have conflicts, so it is very common that you and your host family will have conflicts sooner or later. If for some reason a conflict comes up that you really feel cant be solved on your own, HHS center will step in to litigate and help reach a solution.

3.       HHS provides au pairs insurance, visa invitation letter, and travel stipend. Advices and help will be given by HHS Staff regarding the subjects.

4.       Once the au pair has arrived in China, there will be orientation conducted by HHS Center onsite, through IP Meeting or other media. In the orientation, subjects like general information, cultural shock and how to be an au pair with HHS will be covered. These stepping stones will help the au pairs prepare them a good start in China.

5.       There are many host families in China would like to host an au pair with HHS, but we’ve only chosen those who are high educated and career orientated families because do a background check on those who have applied, and talk to the family member in person to determine if they are qualified to join the program.
